The Memory Clock Gadget in windows 7 says it's running at 90%. Says available RAM in Intel Burntest is 7055MB. Test results for Intel Burntest on Maximum memory testing: the 8800GT or the 9800GT or the GTS240 then GPU-Z is correct and this Speccy app is wrong as those are the only 3 cards that have 112 unified shaders. Speccy shows information about more hardware devices than CPU-Z.

You think my memory is really running at 1600mhz (800x2)? Speccy is an advanced information tool which is available as an installer and portable program. Memory tab in CPU-Z says it's 800mhz but SPD tab says it's 667mhz maximum. I'm running intel burntest right now to see what's up with the RAM.
